Delete your Till & Stack account

An account is optional. If you never created one, there is nothing on our servers to delete: your cards live only on your phone. To remove them, delete the cards in the app or uninstall it.

Delete in the app

1. Open Till & Stack and tap the You tab.
2. Tap Privacy & data.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You may be asked to sign in again to confirm it’s you.

Delete without the app

1. Email privacy@tillandstack.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Till & Stack account”.
2. If you signed in with Google or Apple, tell us which one. You don’t need to send a password or card number. Please don’t.
3. We will reply to confirm it’s really you (for example, by sending a one-time code to that email address), then delete the account.

We aim to finish within [number of days — to confirm] of confirming your identity, and we will email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your encrypted synced cards and points (backup and sync data).
• Your sign-in details: email address and Google or Apple sign-in identifiers.
• Your devices and push-notification tokens.

Other account records (sign-in sessions, subscription status and, if you used Stack, saved payout details and offer-click history): [deleted or anonymised — to confirm].

What is kept, and for how long

• Stack rewards and payout records (only if you used Stack, which is not live yet): these are anonymised. Your account link is removed, but the transaction amounts are kept for [period required by tax and FICA law — to confirm (OPEN_QUESTION Q11)], because tax and anti-money-laundering laws require us to keep financial records.
• Cards on your phone are not touched by deleting your account. Delete them in the app or uninstall the app.
• Backup files you exported stay wherever you saved them. Delete them yourself if you no longer want them.
